Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your Eloria purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Items must have all original tags and packaging attached.
- For hygiene reasons, worn or used shapewear cannot be returned.
- Sale or promotional items may be final sale, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
How to Request a Return
Email us at eloriaoffical@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we'll provide the return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you about your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Eloria reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
